Welcome, becoming a patient is not difficult. The following steps will walk you through the process of setting up your initial appointment and subsequent visit(s).

To start, please call our office at 425-396-7890 for an initial appointment.

To speed up the process of your initial visit we have provided a download of some initial paperwork on our website. Should you choose the download option: please print, fill out, and bring in the paperwork with you to your first visit.

First Visit
Your first visit will include a 60-90 minute consultation and a chiropractic exam which may include x-rays. You will also be asked to fill out necessary forms in order to better get to know you, and your chiropractic concerns.
Forms can be filled out ahead of time by downloading our form, filling it out, and then bringing it to the office with you on your first visit.

Second Visit
After your initial visit, you may be asked to set up an appointment for a second visit.
During this second visit, Dr. Geigert will review your exam and X-ray findings. She also will address any questions you might have.

Subsequent visits will be set as doctor deems necessary.
